Thank you for all the kind words. Thanks for the encouragement and the prayers. Thanks for keeping me in your thoughts. This is tough. I've never, ever, ever leaned on anyone before for support. But, it's time I broke that cycle. You guys have shown me compassion. There's not enough room on this blog to express how touched I am because of you.

Dena! Oh my goodness! You can so do this! :) And you and your whole family will all be better for it... but it probably really stinks right now! I have struggled with my weight my entire life and I can imagine how hard this must be for you. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for you to have the strength you need to get healthy and follow all of those crazy guidelines. I know it will get easier the longer you do it and you will be amazing at this. I bet you'll surprise yourself at how strong you are! :) Keep on going, girl!
